Our active seniors group soaked up the sunshine at Regents Park, enjoying a BBQ lunch, friendly chats, and light Tai Chi exercises. With 32 attendees, the day was filled with laughter, great food prepared by our staff and students, and plenty of community spirit, earning glowing feedback from everyone who came along.

NAIDOC Week

We celebrated NAIDOC Week by exploring the history and culture of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Children learned about First Nations communities, their connection to Country, and events like the Stolen Generations and Sorry Day. They also created boomerangs using recycled materials.

To celebrate our volunteers, WSCC held a lunch for our dedicated team of volunteers who contribute their time, skills, and passion across our Community Hub, Food Pantry, School Holiday programs, and various community projects.
