Supporting NDIS Goals Through Creativity: A Photography Day in Kiama
As part of her NDIS goals, Sarah is developing her photography skills using a DSLR camera. Recently, she enjoyed a hands-on photography outing to Kiama, where she explored the coastline and practised different camera settings while capturing the natural beauty of the area.
Although the Kiama Blowhole didn’t erupt on the day, Sarah used the experience as an opportunity to practise patience and focus — producing some stunning photos along the way. The outing also included a calm and relaxing drive and lunch at Silica, which Sarah said made her feel happy and content.
Sarah shared that she had a really good time and would love to participate in more photography days like this in the future. We’re incredibly proud of her progress and creativity and look forward to supporting her continued growth and learning.
